Q: How long does it take to get something custom made?

A: Most items can be made and shipped  in under 48 hours. Some materials, colors, and finishes can extend this time, you will be notified if that is the case before your order starts to be made.

Q: Can I upload my own images to be added to things?

A: Yes you can email them in with the same name as on your order. We are working on adding an upload button to the order page.

Q: What if it does not turn out like I was picturing?

A: While we strive to make sure you know exactly what you will be getting before you order is submitted, We will do our best to alleviate any issues you may have with the end product.

Q: What are you shipping options?

A: Shipping to the continental US is free. For international shipping  we offer a wide variety of options at checkout.

Q: What if I'm not very good at designing things?

A: We offer several levels of  1 on 1 design assistance depending on your level of need as well as the level of  customization required.
